After 30 years in corporate R&D roles, it felt like the right moment to try a different approach. One that lets me apply my experience more flexibly, across a wider range of companies, categories and challenges.

I’ve always enjoyed that moment of stepping into something new: analysing the situation, understanding the dynamics, and helping find a clear, practical way forward. So working with multiple clients in different contexts is something I’m genuinely excited about.
